Ticket Sales are Final

Please note that all ticket sales for the Bruce Jack X Blackcamp Wine Tasting Event are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This policy helps us ensure that all event logistics, including catering, venue preparation, and wine inventory, are adequately planned in advance.

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that the Bruce Jack X Blackcamp Wine Tasting Event is canceled by the organizers, attendees will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, please contact us within 7 days of the announcement to discuss alternative options.

No-Show Policy

If you are unable to attend the event and fail to notify us in advance, your ticket will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you are not allowed to transfer your ticket to another individual.
